Driving in Central London is subject to a daily Congestion Charge imposed by Transport for London (TfL). This applies to all hire vehicles.
As the primary driver, you are responsible for all congestion charges, tolls, penalties, and related fees incurred during the hire period, including the day of collection.
Any penalty notices received will be paid by us initially to avoid escalation. These costs, including administrative fees, will be charged to your card.
A copy of the penalty notice and receipt will be provided.
